I understand that T4P is not a source of professional accountability to me, and that it is my responsibility to engage in ongoing professional development (e.g., consultation, supervision, training) in order to cultivate a safe and effective use of self with clients who may seek my services.

I understand that if any information comes to T4P's attention that raises concerns about my credibility or my ability to practice safely, T4P reserves the right and discretion to remove me from this directory, and, if necessary, to share this information with my licensing and/or professional body.
